I'm not sure when the release
date will be for the film. There will be a sequel to NSNM called MOONBREAKER,
so we'll get to see Mr. Blue in another adventure with those lovely
agents in the near future.
In the tradition of James Bond and Austin Powers, comes a "Girl Power" action comedy "Never Say…Never Mind" featuring the Swedish Bikini Team (SBT). The SBT is composed of five stunningly beautiful, highly intelligent and adventurous women. There are four active members and one reserve member. On land, on the high seas and high in the sky, the SBT members do their best to repel the forces of evil. On their mission, they find themselves in London where, for their meritorious service to the free world, the Queen knights them as Dames. Now, they must locate and erase a black market copy of the infamous Los Alamos hard drive. They must prevent INTERR, the nefarious international terrorist organization, and one of their key representatives, Hakim (John Rhys-Davies), from possessing the top secret schematics for high level nuclear triggering mechanisms and weapons system. The SBT are trained in close quarters combat, improvised weapons and modern tactical warfare methods by the extremely secretive CSD, the Covert Situations Division of the Swedish Military. They’re certified master divers and also qualified as a UDT, Underwater Demolition Team and have worked in conjunction with the British SAS, Special Airborne Service, and a United States Marine Recon team. The mysterious Mr. Blue (Bruce Payne) is the founder and CEO of Blue, Ltd, a think-tank for NATO countries. He is a logistics expert who co-ordinates the SBT activities leasing them out to friendly governments and worthy private corporations on a case-by-case basis. They get involved in both government and high-level corporate intrigue. In a combination of beauty, brains and bravery, the SBT come together in a spectacular display of what girl power is really all about. Their high-tech gizmos and combat techniques are enough to give even James Bond a run for his money.

read the interview where Bruce mentions working on the set of NSNM Never Say Never Mind At Cannes (Where was Mr. Blue to accompany all 4 of these lovely ladies at Cannes? ) Friday, 11 May, 2001, 10:05 GMT 11:05 UK Naked ambition hits Cannes BBC News Online's Rebecca Thomas finds a bevy of bare bodies as budding stars flock to Cannes' seafront in search of fame.
If there is a lesson to be learnt from the third day at Cannes, it is that we should never underestimate the power of exhibitionism - and especially where it concerns naked flesh. As the usual round of respectable photo shoots went on at Le Palais - for films in the official and mainstream sections - along the beachfront, a set of more upfront headline-seekers were causing a stir of their own. Take four young blonde Scandinavian women, wearing hardly more than fixed grins, strutting along the seafront and just imagine the consequences. It mattered little that they were trying to publicize their Charlie's Angels-style action movie Never Say... Never Mind, which was yet to find a distributor. All the photographers - who seemed to appear from nowhere - wanted was that double-take shot. And within a matter of minutes, the girls, who call themselves the Swedish Bikini Team (or SBT), had also acquired a huge gawping entourage - in which I, of course, have to include myself. Throughout this circus the girls persevered in their mission, talking continuously about their film and the merits of being female, blonde and Swedish. "Swedish women are different, we look harmless but we're not," said one. This may have been some kind of veiled warning to any would-be gropers. Yet, I had the distinct feeling that looking at SBT, rather than listening to them, was all that was on most of their audience's mind. The girls sauntered away in search of fame. I went off to look for a more salubrious spectacle, befitting the cultural traditions of the festival. Cannes and Bond June 3, 2001 Forget Roman Coppola's CQ DragonFly, THE Bond/Austin Powers type clone of the year is the Swedish film NEVER SAY...NEVER MIND, where a commando squad composed of four gorgeous Swedish babes, all parading in Cannes beaches in black see-through bikinis, foil the dastardly world domination plan of villain John Rhys-Davies! Enormous fun and full of Bondian touches, a must-see! Source: The Premiere James Bond Web Site http://www.ianfleming.org/007news/articles3/cannes2001b.shtml
Showbusiness: Licensed to chill Saturday, February 3, 2001 The Daily Telegraph By Nigel Reynolds Saturday Premiere THE makers of a new film may have miscalculated the effect of so-called global warming. In freezing fog and chill winds, shooting started on Monday at various London landmarks on Never Say Never Mind - a "bikini spectacular" described as a cross between Austin Powers, Charlie's Angels and James Bond. The plot is also suitably skimpy. Three teams of girls, from Britain, Sweden and America, descend on London for a bikini beauty contest. The five Swedish beauties are also members of a crack team of secret agents who - while still in their bikinis, of course - manage to foil a dastardly terrorism plot.
