Celebrated rock-flick director Julien Temple dazzles the audience with this story of talented teenagers Colin and Suzette, set at the exhilarating peak of youth counter culture in 1958 London.

Suzette wants prestige and wealth, and dumps Colin for the glamorous company of high-fashion socialites. Colin is crushed and longs for the day when he and his true love find their way back to each other.

BRUCE PAYNE plays Flikker, the sartorial psychotic Ted who is employed by the property developers to "cause trouble" for the coloured immigrants of Notting Hill Gate.

Framed for computer fraud, 18-year-old computer wizard Leon escapes from a detention centre. Determined to prove his innocence, he sets out to trap Lawrence McNiece (Bruce Payne), the man responsible for his conviction - and for the crime itself.

McNiece is the security programmer for CHAPS, the powerful computer system that controls billions in financial transactions every day.

Leon enlists the help of Fast Eddie, a wild, streetwise young girl who has a valuable talent: she's the fastest video game player Leon has ever seen.

Together, they find the third member of their team - Freak, a 14-year-old computer hacker who creates a brilliant program than can crack the secrets of CHAPS - to extract a cool ten million from its accounts.

Love, jealousy and conflicting loyalties threaten to destroy their carefully-laid plans as the story races on to an astonishing, triple-twist climax.
