Download the cursor by clicking on the link and save it to a folder where you can easily find it again. Then open up the start menu, select "control panel", then "mouse", then pick "pointer". Please select which cursor you want to replace with the downloaded cursor, (for example the normal cursor or busy in background cursor, and so on) then select browse to where you have saved the file, mark it, select OK and then apply. Enjoy!
